Dr. Elune Shi is a passionate educator with extensive teaching, research, and clinical experience supporting young children from diverse backgrounds. She holds a Ph.D. in Special Education from Teachers College, Columbia University, where her research focused on early intervention in language and literacy development, supportive learning environments across developmental domains, and early childhood education policy.

Elune is committed to creating an inclusive and nurturing school community where children feel understood, teachers feel supported, and families feel connected. She also works closely with parents through consultation and parent coaching to support each child’s growth and development.

When she is not at school, Elune enjoys getting lost in a good book, discovering new corners of the world, and sharing plenty of cuddles with her daughter, dog, and cats.
